LVMH – Institut des Métiers d'Excellence

In 2021 I led the concept, content creation, set-up, and full production of LVMH Institut des Métiers d'Excellence’s SHOW ME event, held at the historic Cinema Teatro Odeon in Florence in November 2021, was a milestone celebration of the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence (IME) by LVMH in Italy.

It was a project that demanded not only a strong creative vision, but also an extraordinary level of precision.

Working with such an iconic brand and its Maisons meant paying meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that every element - from the big picture to the smallest nuance - reflected the excellence and elegance synonymous with LVMH.

Me and the agency team, were entrusted with bringing this prestigious moment to life - from concept to completion - creating an experience that embodied the values, craftsmanship, and future vision of the LVMH Group and its Maisons.

Working in close collaboration with LVMH, our team designed and produced an immersive, fully physical event aimed at:

  • Raising awareness around the IME program in Italy

  • Uniting the growing Italian IME community

  • Attracting a new generation of skilled talent

As the Art Director, I led the creative development across all visual and experiential aspects of the event. The concept was built around a sensorial journey of excellence, translating the brand’s heritage into a compelling, multi-layered narrative. Every design decision - from spatial composition to visual identity - was made to reflect the Maison’s unmatched standards in quality and elegance.

The event setup was a collaborative effort involving an extended team of professionals: architects, event producers, sound designers, graphic designers, videomakers, and photographers. Together, we crafted an atmosphere that was both emotionally engaging and functionally seamless. The aesthetic and experiential language extended cohesively through every zone of the venue, from the main stage to backstage, from the foyer installations to multimedia projections.

The choice of Teatro Odeon, a location of historic and architectural prestige, perfectly echoed the spirit of timeless excellence. The enthusiasm and trust shown by the client were tangible throughout the process, and they witnessed firsthand a multidisciplinary team fully dedicated to bringing their vision to life.

While the event was designed for an internal, invited audience, the broader digital community was later engaged through a dedicated online platform, giving extended access to the event content and reinforcing the LVMH commitment to education, innovation, and artisanal excellence.

This successful production not only delivered on its objectives but also reaffirmed a strong and lasting relationship between the agency and the client, grounded in mutual respect, creative alignment, and a shared belief in the power of excellence.
